We ask that you call the clinic at 816.781.4244 for an appointment. Please note we have extended office hours to accommodate your schedule.

At every visit you should advise the receptionist of any changes in your address, phone number, employment or insurance coverage that may have occurred since your last visit. You will need to have your insurance card available so we can make a copy.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we appreciate 24 hours notice. Our goal is to stay on schedule. Occasionally a patient will take more than the allotted time or emergencies arise. We appreciate your patience when this occurs.

After Hours & Emergency Care
If you have a need for care after hours, please call the office first. Our doctors see emergencies of any nature at any time the office is open.

With our extended hours, we are in the office at unusual times. If you call the office with an emergency, be sure to tell the receptionist that you consider it an emergency and arrangements will be made to see you as soon as possible.

If the office is closed (after hours), one of our physicians is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The recording on the office phone will provide you with the answering service number. Always call for the doctor on-call before you proceed to an emergency room unless your condition is life-threatening.

Numbers to local hospitals:

In a life-threatening situation, call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room immediately. An ER doctor is present at both hospitals 24 hours a day.
